TECHNOCOM ENGENEERING was established in 1992 and is seated in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our main activity is focused on investing in bulding projects, designing and constructing new buildings, and also reconstructing and repairing new ones. The company offers highly qualified personnel, warehouses, technical equipment, mechanization and a chain of material stores. With many years of experience we are always aware of, and try to implement in our projects, the latest trends in the construction field. Over the last five years our company has also specialized in the making of drainage and heating instalations. The company's leading associated architectural beaureau is "Аrch. Rumen Paskalev" with many years of practical experience in designing appratment buildings, family houses and commercial buildings. Projects realized by us include public and commercial buildings, blocks, bank buildings and offices, some of which include: - HVB Bank Biochim - building in Veliko Turnovo. - Offices for "Sofia Ins" Insurance Company. - "Balkan" Financial-Brokerage Group. - Administrative building and warehouses for "Construction Mechanisation Engeneering". - Administrative building for "Fuel and Construction Materials". - Technical buildings for Institute of Cryobiology and Food Technologies. - Multifunctional office building for "Oiroshped". - Luxury family houses in Boyana, Dragalevci, Simeonovo, German. - Appartment blocks and offices in Oborishte, Reduta, Lozenets and Manastirski Livadi districts in Sofia. In all these years we have total built area of more than 100 000 sq.m. At the moment the company is building a complex in Manastirski Livadi with TBA 8500 sq.m., and appartment building with TBA 2100 sq.m. The company has a full set of technical equipment, small mechanisation, own lightweight and heavyweight transportation, neccessary for carrying out construction works as well as drainage and heating installations. We have 60 full-time emplyees, but this number grows specific to every prject in order to provide the work force required.
