Our company INFOSTAR Ltd is established 1992 and is specialized in warranty and post warranty service and maintenance of laser and matrix office printers, line and passbook printers and industrial thermo-transfer and ink-jet printers as well. Our bussines activity is only technical service - repairs and maintenance, field in which we are nearly perfect specialized, but besides that we are ceaselessly refining and improving our skill.
Our policy and goal is repairing of defective blocks, modules and assemblies when possible of course and not selling costly spares like most distributors and importers. We strive for gaining profit from our labour, know-how and wit, not from trading. That gives us the possibility to service different brands printers and distributors without any conflict of interest.
As a principle we are servicing only printers for which we have full technical documentation (technical manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns and etc.) and contracts with importers for delivering of spare parts.
We possess oficial sertificates and hold the rights for warranty and post warranty service in Bulgaria for whole product lline of printer manufacturers listed bellow:
1. TALLY (former MANNESMANN TALLY) - since 01.10.1992
2. OKI - since 01.01.1995
3. PRINTRONIX - since 01.10.2000
4. GENICOM - since 01.04.2004
5. COMPUPRINT - since 01.04.2003
Since 01.01.2004 we were appointed from PRINTRONIX Vien as their official service in Bulgaria.
Additionally we are of possession of service manuals and spares for all printers with brand names:

Our company is located in Sofia and engages 6 highly qualified service engineers. But the servicing of our customers periodical preventive maintenance, insignificant repairs is performed on site anywhere in the country. All serious repairs are performed only in Sofia where is our workshop all technical sevice documentation and spare parts store.
In all our post warranty contracts obligatory clause is periodical maintenance of all printers on site. When offering contract for ensuring ceaseless operation of our customers for us is compulsory to own same class exchange printer. For the purpose we own a couple of OKI printers and 15 Tally printers including line printer. We maintain on duty crews 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. In case of emergency failure the time limits for reporting on site are as follow:
- Sofia - 2 hours
- 40 miles from Sofia - 4 hours
- All over the country - 8 hours
The time limit for closing an emergency is 8 hours. Usually the faulty printer till it’s repair is exchanged with one of our own.
At the moment we are servicing all over the country 1783 office (laser and matrix), 525 passbook, 134 line printers under post warranty contracts with our customers listed bellow as follow:
