EBONIT LIGHT Sole - Proprietor Limited Liability Company (EOOD) is a prestigious private construction and entrepreneurship company specialized in the construction of new buildings (residential and public) and repair of existing ones. The company has technical and management experience in carrying out construction and repair, finishing and restoration works of already built sites and buildings, as well as of architectural monuments of culture. EBONIT LIGHT was registered in 1996 as a sole-proprietor limited liability company, represented and managed by engineer Trendafil Dimitrov. It is a successor of EBONIT - LIGHT - Trendafil Dimitrov Sole Proprietor Company established in 1991. For the period of its 15-YEAR existence and establishment in the field of private entrepreneurship, EBONIT LIGHT has constructed sites with a total built-up area of over 50,000 sq m. We present some of the implemented projects, as follows: 1. SVETLINA - I (LIGHT - I) Complex - residential building in Mladost 1 housing estate (block 104), total build-up area of 9,700 sq.m. - residential building in Mladost 1 housing estate (block 105), total build-up area of 5,491 sq.m. - residential building with fitness centre and pool in Mladost 1 housing estate (block 106), total build-up area of 3,365 sq.m. 2. SVETLINA - II (LIGHT - II) Complex - residential building of 5 SECTIONS with underground garage and independent Trade Centre in Mladost-1 - Moussagenitsa housing estate, 11, Plovdivsko Chaussee str., total build-up area of over 18,000 sq.m. 3. PUBLIC BUILDINGS - Light Hotel complex in Sofia, 37, Veslets str., total build-up area of 1,704 sq.m. - Spa Hotel Light hotel complex in Velingrad town, 15, Borislav str., total build-up area of 2,500 sq.m. - complete reconstruction and modernization of Tintyava spa sanatorium in Vurshets town - complete reconstruction of the roof structure and the facade of the Republic of Austria in Sofia 4. OTHERS - residential building in Bankya town, 18, Jean de Lafontin str., total build-up area of 4,267 sq.m. - residential building in Malinova Dolina quarter, total build-up area of 9,600 sq.m. - detached houses Dragalevtsi and Simeonovo quarters total build-up area of over 1,500 sq.m.
