ARCA STUDIO “ARCA STUDIO” is founded in 1991 as a firm for research, design and construction of private and public projects. Since 1991 the firm has been functioning as a sole trader, in the sense of the commercial law, until “ARCA STUDIO” LTD was established in 1994. The manager of the firm is: Vladimir Petrov Tashev - architect. The main team of “ARCA STUDIO” LTD includes architects and construction engineers with a long experience in the field of design. According to the type of design of the particular construction the team is joined by approved architects, engineers, electricians, water-supply experts, technologists, etc. In case of bigger and complicated constructions the design team increases to 25-30 professionals. The architectural and construction design is implemented with the firm’s computer programs Nemetchek and Datacad. The firm has its own office, situated on 180 m2 and equipped with the necessary technology: computers, printers, a plotter, a copier, a heliograph. Current Projects “Arca Studio” is currently working on the design of the following constructions: - Design of two 4-star hotels in the Town of Bansko. - Design of a 3-star hotel in the Town of Bansko. - Design of three apartment hotels in the Town of Bansko – 60 000 m2. - Design of two housing groups to a golf field – Kavarna City– 32 000 m2. Housing groups and structures - Housing groups in Dianabad District, Gorublyane District, Mladost 4 District. - Housing structures in Students’ Town, Dianabad District, Iztok District, Buntovnik Str., Ivan Asen II Str., 52 Madrid Blvd, Yavorov Alley, Krasno Selo (the center), Krasno Selo (the navigation canal), Nishava Str., Chr. Sarafov Str., etc. - Detached constructions in Gorublyane District, German Village, Bistritza Village, Boyana District, Dragalevtzi District, Kinocenter Exurb, Simeonovo District, Malinova Dolina Exurb, Zmeevo Village - Stara Zagora, Topolovo Village - Asenovgrad, Trudovetz Village, Ribaritza Village, the Town of Karnobad, etc. Public buildings - “Pirin” Hotel – the Town of Bansko – design for general reconstruction and extension – 7000 m2 – realized in 2001. - “Bansko” Hotel - the Town of Bansko - design for general reconstruction and interior design – realized in 1997. - Lobby, casino and bingo halls in “Princess” Hotel /formerly “Evropa” Novotel/ - reconstruction – all realized. - Extension of “Princess” Hotel / formerly “Evropa” Novotel/ and a design for sport complex to it - Sofia City - realized. - Bor” Hotel – Sunny Beach – design for a surrounding area with a swimming-pool and a summer theatre. - “Bansko” Hotel - the Town of Bansko – design for expansion – swimming-pool, fitness centre and night bar – realized in 2001.
