ZPT JSC – Straldzhais a Bulgarian joint-stock company with one hundred percent private capital with many years of traditions in the electrically welded steel tubes and hollow sections production as well as in the hot-dip galvanizing service.
The company is situated on an area of 54 400 square meters, 26 252 sq.m of which are built-up areas.
ZPT JSC is equipped with modern machinery and facilitieslocated in the two main workshops – Pipe Production and Hot-Dip Galvanizing. Three open-air storage places have been built on an area of 7 525 sq.m and have been equipped with bridge cranes.

It was named ZPT TRADE and has dedicated its activities to trade partnerships with distinguished companies from Romania, Austria, Germany, Hungary, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland ,etc. ZPT TRADE has a strong presence in the European markets.
Vehicle Restraint Systems
ZPT JSC produces vehicle restraint systems that meet the requirements of EN 1317, with CE marking. The company has great experience in this field and is one of the leading producers of vehicle restraint systems in the Bulgaria. Delivery and assembly can also be offered per customer’s request.

Hot-dip Galvanizing
Hot-dip Galvanizing is carried out in accordance with BDS EN ISO 1461:2009 and it is the most reliable method of protection against corrosion. Galvanisation is a means of long-term metal protection that is effective as well as energy and resource saving with a minimum impact on the environment.
ZPT JSC owns a hot-dip galvanizing bathtub which is one of the kind in Bulgaria. The tubs used in the country are horizontal. Unlike them, the ZPT hot-dip galvanizing bathtub is а vertical and round-section one. Exactly this characteristic gives an advantages to our service as:
Minimazing the opportunity of thermal deformation appearance of the galvanized details;
High quality and outward appearance of the galvanized surfaces because of the vertical drainage of the melted zinc - steady and constant zinc layer;
The traditions we have and the high levels of professionalism of the employees in the Galvanizing Department guarantee excellent quality galvanisation.
During the preliminary treatment of the metal we use the best chemical products. The control of the basic materials and the quality control of the finished products are carried out in the Chemical-analytical lab of the factory.
