LZL Ltd. was established in 1998 having its business address in Sofia and it is the successor of ET "Likev". We are the representatives for Bulgaria of SCHOTT forma vitrum Pharmaceutical Packaging, Switzerland, which is one of the world leaders in the production of initial packaging for the pharmaceutical industry: ampoules, vials, syringes etc. We represent and import heat resistant household glassware produced by SCHOTT Jenaer Glas, Germany and Trendglas, Hungary. We are the exclusive representative of the firmWerne & Thiel Sensorentechnik (known until recently as ARNOLD AUTOMATION), Germany, who are the developers and producers ofsensors and systems for bulk and hard materials humidity control and recording, applying a capacity principleand online regime being primarily used in the courseof producing concrete. The activity of the company in this field started as long ago as 1972 and thousands of units have been successfully used not only in Europe, but all over the world. All company products have CE quality, which is obligatory not only in Europe. In 1997 the company received an ISO9001 Certificate. We have elaborated and we produce portable humidity measuring devices for hard materials: wood, plastering etc. Our company incorporates an Accredited Control Unit Type "C" for the control of electrical devices and structures up to and over 1000 V, which is equipped with the necessary appliances for professional control of electrical devices and structures (Accreditization registry No. 86 BSA/30.09.2008) HOUSEHOLD GLASS The utensils of Jenaer Glas® for all occasions: baking, stewing, storing, serving and even for relaxing tea Experience the new generation of glass The products of Jenaer Glas® are practical and crystal-clear. ELECTRICAL SAFETY The Control Unit Type "C" with LZL Ltd. was accredited by the Bulgarian Accreditization Office by virtue of Certificate No. 86 of 23.09.2008. The range of accreditization covers the control of electrical devices and structures of up to and over 1000 V. The Control Unit Type "C" is accredited to carry out the control of: 1. Electrical devices and structures up to and over 1000 V: - Resistance of protective earthing devices; - Resistance of lightning-protective earthing devices. 2. Electrical devices and structures having a voltage of up to 1000 V: - Impedance of the'live conductor-protective conductor' contour MOISTURE MEASURING EQUIPMEN Hand-Held Wood Moisture Meter WM2 The Hand-Held Wood Moisture Meter WM2 is the outcome of the joint efforts of a team of electronic engineers and process engineers - experts in the field of wood drying. The goal of the team was to design a device, capable of reliable and exact measurement, unaffected by the temperature and the chemical composition of the wood. The WM2 employs a three-dimensional electromagnetic field, which penetrates the wood volume and allows for a reading, which is virtually independent of the orientation of the device to the wood fiber. Despite their broad usage, electric resistivity measurement methods are characterized by sharp decrease of the measurement accuracy at elevated moisture contents; strong dependency on the temperature and chemical properties of the wood; substantial deference of the readouts depending on the device orientation. In addition to the destructive nature of the measurement, the alternatively used pin type meters do not provide estimate of the integral moisture content, because measurements are made only between the pin tips. Unlike other meters and thanks to the non-destructive operation mode, the WM2 provides fast accurate and reliable estimation of the moisture content distribution throughout the whole wood sample. The lack of mechanical impact makes the WM2 most suitable for measurements on finished wooden details. The moisture content in hard substances such as concrete and cement screed can also be measured as relative value, indicated on the display as bar graph. The two-row liquid crystal display (LCD) provides a convenient reading of the chosen wood type, density, absolute and relative moisture content. The build-in LCD illumination makes the WM2 suitable for use on locations with insufficient light. To turn the meter on, press and hold the ”ON” button for more then two seconds. Keeping the same button down will provide display illumination. Wood type is displayed in the upper left position and wood density [kg/m3] in the upper right. Wood density is determinant and the displayed wood type serves only as reference. To change the wood type press the “MENU” button. To extend battery life, the device will automatically turn off after an idle time of twenty seconds. The device will automatically enter the "OFF" mode when the battery is empty. Accuracy: in the range 0% –20 % absolute moisture content - ± 1% of the value. in the range 20% –60% absolute moisture content - ± 3% of the value. over 60 moisture content - ± 1% of the value. Minimal wood sample dimensions: Width 60 mm, thickness 20 mm. Power supply: one battery 9V type 6F22 (PP3).
