SAFETY : The Oxy-Hydrogen High-Efficient Electrolysis Gas Production in our Plant's Gas-Generators is so called "On Demand" - it's produced as much, as it's needed for the moment, to be burned immediately, without being stored in tanks at all, with fine regulation of the capacity, in a wide range of regimes, a computer processor system of surveillance and control, and a fast start/stop protocol. No dangerous gas volumes are been collected and kept in tanks, bottles or other vessels at all. The ONLY gas volume available during the Plant's work is this in the electrolysis cell and the short pipes between the Gas-Generator and the Combustion Block. TECHNOLOGY : To produce cheap energy, we utilize the super-high temperature performance of the Oxy-Hydrogen flame, when heating various high-temp melting point refractory materials as Tungsten, Graphite, Carbides, Ceramics etc. Thus we evaporate the water, pumped in by a feeding pump and running in the tubes, into a saturated hot Steam, with pressure of 13 bar and t=300 deg.C, which drives the Turbine and the Power Generator to produce electric power. The outlet steam from the Turbine - 2 bar, 120 deg.C, can be used for heating, then will be condensed and used as a distilled water fuel for the gas-generator. The process is 100% ecologically clean and is the cleanest possible on earth. AUTONOMY : The High-Tech System and the Super-Efficient Technology, using a small part of the heat power generated, to be transformed by Seebeck Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) Modules, and turned back into the Gas-generator to produce the Oxy-Hydrogen needed, allows our Plant to be independent (excluding the "fuel" - Water), and to work autonomously.
