Production and placing of asphalt mixtures   Constantly aiming at renovating its machinery and facilities, “Agromah” Ltd has built and put into operation a new asphalt plant of the Swiss AMMANN, model Uniglobe 200 with working capacity 200 tones asphalt per hour. The impressive capacity and modern technology for production of asphalt mixtures make the equipment one of the most modern in Southwestern Bulgaria. The asphalt base works under the control of an implemented quality management system for which the company has all certificates required. Along with the production, our company offers its clients delivery, placing and consolidation of bituminous concrete owing to two teams of specialists equipped with machines of leading world companies, which guarantees a work of quality. 2. Water-supply and Sewerage construction   Our company is equipped with fully automated (CNC) machines for welding PE and PP pipes and fittings and relies on highly qualified and well-experienced staff that prerequisite an execution of quality. Since 2007 Bulgaria engages in operative programs “Regional development” financed by the European Union for construction of infrastructural sites. Here the company has won many public procurements for water-main and sewerage construction. 3. Production and placing of concrete mixtures The production of concrete mixtures is secured by six concrete knots with different working mixing capacity of the mixer – from 0,750 cubic meters to 2,5 cubic meters. The main production takes place at a base in the town of Razlog and a central base in the village of Belo Pole, Blagoevgrad municipality. The transportation and placing of concrete mixtures is secured by more than 35 concrete mixers storing 5 to 10 cubic meters. We satisfy our clients’ needs with seven CIFA concrete pumps we have at our disposal with operating range 28-48m. 4. Production and placing of vibropressed concrete elements A works for production of concrete elements of the Austrian AME, model AMEthyst 1500 Premium Class, family group biggest, was erected and put into operation in 2009 in the production base of “Agromah” in the village of Belo Pole, Blagoevgrad municipality. The works is an automatic stationary production line for vibropressed concrete elements and blocks following an Austrian technology. It produces production of all types and shapes with a colouring option. The production line consists of systems for loading, transportation of concrete elements to the drying chamber, packing line with palletizing robot that satisfies all European standards. Production capacity of some of them: • Pavement stones – 2 200m2/ 8h • Hollow blocks – 25 000 pieces/ 8 h • Kerbstones – 9 400 pieces/ 8 h 5. Extraction and processing of inert materials One of the main activities of the company is extraction and production of inert materials by means of which the company satisfies the whole production cycle. The production is guaranteed as follows: A new stationary works has been built for processing of inert materials of the latest type POWERSCREEN with capacity 500 tones/ hour producing 19 (nineteen) types of fractions of rock and river material simultaneously. Moreover, the company has different mobile sifting and crushing installations of last fashion. The extraction for providing resources for production from rock and river (ballast) material is long-term secured for a period of 25 years of exploitation of different pits the legal concession rights for exploitation of which are held by the company. 6. Transportation Transportation-related activities of the company are mainly serving the needs of the company itself. They include transportation of all types of loose goods, asphalt mixtures, solid fuel and fuel oil, concrete mixtures and grouts; transportation of heavy construction machinery and passenger transportations. 7. Earth excavations The large assortment of machinery and equipment we use guarantees a serious market comfort in the field of earth excavations and engineering. We have as an advantage the ability to redirect machines and mechanization from one activity to another depending on the particular needs, which leads to a drastic shortening of execution periods. Also the company owns a construction testing laboratory which is certified with the standart BDS ENISO/ IEC 17025. -From 1999 on “Agromah” took part as a contractor and subcontractor in the construction of roads, sewer and water facilities, infrastructural sites, construction of administrative, production and residential buildings of national and regional importance. Parallel with this “Agromah” orients towards the extraction, production and sale of inert materials, concrete mixtures and grouts. Apart from being a subcontractor of “Todini” SA, “Agromah” is a main partner of “Prodeftiki” for “Access Road Gotse Delchev-Drama” under PHARE programme of “Stroitelstvo Mavrovo” PLC – for “Reconstruction of Road Daskalovo-Dupnitsa”, subcontractor of “Glavbolgarstroy” and “Minstroy” for site “Closing of a uranium-extracting mine village of Eleshnitsa” and village of Dospat, “Pressure shaft and reservoir town of Razlog”, subcontractor of “Patni Stroezhi” PLC for “LOT 6A Road Reconstruction town of Kilifarevo, first-class road Burgas-Chernomorets and a section of “Maritsa” Highway, subcontractor of “ISA-2000” and “Geotehmin” PLC for construction of Sofia Airport infrastructure. “Agromah” has built purifying stations in the town of Blagoevgrad and Razlog, as well as hypermarkets METRO and TECHNOPOLIS in the town of Blagoevgrad.
