The main field of METALTRADE LTD is import in the country and re-exports of steel wires and wire ropes and their products. Manager and owner of the firm is Dipl. Eng. Krassimir Tanchev-specialist with 33 years of experience in theory, technology, manufacturing and trading of all products from 4th grade of processing metal-steel wires, wire ropes and a big variety of their products. Our goods are imported from Russia, they have high-quality indexes and are certified by the manufacturer. We are not just merchants- our aim is to consult clients, to orientate him to take the right choice, to save him from mistakes. PRODUCTS: 1. Steel ropes- 0.6mm to 40mm (in diameter) Because of the wide variety in this kind of ropes we have on store 3 main types of constructions: 1.1 6X19(1+6+6/6) "WARRINGTON" - Standard:GOST 2688, DIN 3059, BDS 16861 -diameter- from 2mm up to 24mm -core: organic -torsion: right-crossed -impact strength group-1770N/mm2 -surface: black, non-galvanized 1.2 6X36(1+7+7/7+14) "WARRINGTON - SEAL" - Standard: GOST 7668, DIN 3064, BDS: 16862 -diameter-from 11,5mm up to 39,5mm -other indexes- as the given above 1.3 1X19(1+6+12) thunder-safe - Standard: GOST:3062, DIN:3052, BDS: 16855 -diametres: 6mm-C20, 8mm-C40, 9.1mm-C50, 11mm-C70, 13mm-C100 -surface-galvanized -impact strength group-1570-1770N/mm2 The ropes mentioned above are reachable for our clients at any time. For the rest constructions and diameters, given in the table, also for the galvanized ropes we need from couple of days until a month for making the supply. From the ropes we have in our storage, similar to us licensed firms, produce all other products. 2.Steel wires Because of the big variety of products of this kind we cannot be able to make a detailed presentation of every kind.After a long professional experience we have decided to have in storage kinds given below: 2.1Steel wires for springs - Standard: GOST 9389, DIN 17223, SB 4357, BDS 3111 -diameter: from 0.15mm up to 8.00mm -impact strength group-second ('B") -steel label: from Ct 50 to Ct 75 -kinds of packaging-packed rolls, weighting 15 to 200 kg according to the diameter Wires from this group are mainly used for cold spring-rolling,but also for making products for economics and daily life. If you happen to need spring wires with different from the given above characteristics we also need over a month to make a delivery. If we have permanent trading relationships with the client this limit of time is no more valid.We just take these kinds of ropes on storage. This condition is valid for all the products mentioned below. 2.2 Steel wires for ropes - Standard:GOST 7372, DIN 2078, BDS 16751 -diameters - from 0.22mm to 3.50mm -impact strength group-1370-1770 N/mm2 -surface-bright or galvanized These wires are used for making all kinds of steel ropes. 2.3Steel wires for AC conductors -Standard-GOST 9850, DIN 48200, BDS 5875 -diameters-from 1.44mm up to 4.50mm -impact strength group- 1300-1500 N/mm2 -surface: galvanized Wires from this group are used for cores of the aluminum-steel conductors (cables) for high-voltage with a vertical section up to 800mm2 2.4Steel low-carbon wires -Standard: GOST 3282, DIN 17100, BDS 10065 -diameter- from 0.5mm to 5mm -surface-black or galvanized -impact strength- burned (up to 500 MPa) or non-burned (up to 1100 Mpa) These wires are widely used for: -wires for nails -wires for fences -wires for construction (shuttering,fixture, etc.) -wires for fixture nets -wires for vineyards -wires for articles used in everyday life Our manner is also expressed in our motto: "Our client means everything to us"
