COMPLETE DESIGN ENGINEERING LTD. is a specialized builder of transportable masonry buildings for both commercial and residential purposes. We have developed and patented a new cutting edge building technology employing lightweight cement blocks reinforced with structural steel. We use the best materials with excellent results and see many advantages. A D V A N T A G E S: - Safety and Security Our houses are much more solid and can easily withstand tornadoes, hurricanes and the effects of the most severe weather conditions. Earthquakes of medium or high intensity will have no or minimal effect on our houses. Masonry simply does not burn and so it is totally fireproof, thus creating a safe environment for the family. - Affordable Housing Our houses offer substantial savings, both immediate and long term. Building costs are significantly lower than those of traditional houses. - Minimal Maintenance Exterior finishes are available in a wide variety of stucco, natural stone, architectural stone or decorative bricks and require no refinishing or painting over. - Designs Many beautiful designs are available in modern, traditional or rustic styles. We have constructed houses, hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, all to the satisfaction of our clients. - All assembly and finishing work is done by our specially trained technicians - Construction Time -Maximum of 2 months for a single house. Transportability Our houses are prefabricated and transported by truck and installed in sections with a crane of 25-tonne lifting capacity (27.5 short tons). Main components and sections vary in size between 10 to 25 sq. meters (108 sq.ft – 269 sq.ft.) BRIEF TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS - Footing and ground work is done on the building site according to design plans and specifications - Floor and ceiling slabs, columns and beams are made of concrete reinforced with structural steel. - Walls are made of lightweight gas-concrete blocks (produced in Germany by YTONG). The blocks are reinforced with vertical structural steel elements (designed and patented by our company). Walls are attached and anchored to the floor and ceiling slabs with heavy-duty steel fasteners (CDE Ltd. patent). - All electrical wiring and plumbing installations are built into the walls - Cement slab roofing and wooden structure covering as specified in design - All doors and windows will be installed according to design specifications - Multiple Houseage Developments The production capacity is unlimited and projects can be completed in a timely manner. For example, for a project of 500 houses shipment and installation can start within 60 days upon approval. The require manufacturing site will be 200,000 sq. meters of land (239,200 sq.yd.). Maximum range of delivery from the manufacturing site will be 800 km (500 miles). We own the patents and production rights for the manufacturing of the transportable masonry buildings.
