The company was completely renovated in the year of 2003. By the year of 2006 the new development team has been able to triple the variety of new high quality products that could meet the standards and efficiencies of today’s highly competitive market. As of the year of 2007, Simex Ltd is a 100% privately owned company. The company is specialized in the following types of production: Wide range of standard and non-standard conveyors that are used for transportation of materials in all kinds of industries: cement, chemical, mining, agricultural, ore, coal, power, food and beverage. Dry impulsive filters that play a significant role in the cleanup of dust and gases in the metallurgical, cement, limestone and mining industries. Wet filters that serve the same purpose as dry impulsive filters, but are used for gases with a higher level of humidity. Non-standard equipment which includes modern steel constructions, tools, spare part and other types of special machinery that are based on special documentation provided by the customer. Nevertheless, we do have a great team of engineers and professionals who are always willing to help customers with any type of questions and professional advice. Products 1. Conveyors, subconstructions and spare parts The design and production of conveyors is under the strict control and requirements of ISO 1537, ISO 5048, ISO 1819, ISO 5045, DIN 22112, and DIN 15207. The conveyors are intended for the use of transportation of different materials in a wide variety of industries. The conveyors are not only standard but also non-standard or built upon special documentation provided by the customer. We guarantee the quality of our products because of the materials we use, such as: Reduction gears SEW, FLENDER, LENZE, BAUER, NORD, BONFLGLIOLI etc. Rubber belts DUNLOP, ZINGLING, and AMEREEL. Safety equipment KEIPELEKTRIK and MEILE. Cleanup elements HOSCH, TECHNIKGUM. Roller baring joints with the unique technology of CARP and EXPLORER. We make static and dynamic balance on most of the moving parts as well as measurements and regulations on any kind of noise or vibrations using latest modern technologies. Because of the high quality of our conveyors, we have a 5 year full maintenance and replacement warranty. 1.1 Rollers - Manufactured using a very unique technology under the strict requirements of ISO 1537, DIN 15207, DIN 22112, with a ten year warranty, easy maintenance, working in extreme moisture and dust conditions. 1.1.1 Flat Rollers - They are used as supporting rollers on the entire length of the conveyor itself. 1.1.2 Rollers with rubber rings (allowance for depreciation) - They are used in the softening and stabilizing process of the conveyor caused by heavy hits of material. 1.1.3 Rollers with rubber rings (supporters) - Their bottom part is used as a supporter to the upper part of the conveyor belt. 1.2 Roller stands 1.2.1 Roller stand beds 1.2.2 Upper Roller stands 1.2.3 Lower roller stands We design and build our conveyors based on the standard elements of 1.1 and 1.2. Non-standard equipment Non-standard equipment in the area of mechanical engineering is main priority in Simex Ltd. The equipment is manufactured using special documentation provided by the customer. This kind of production includes not only simple but also entire steel constructions, mechanical spare parts, joints, units, entire machines, technological lines and other types of machinery based on customer’s documentation.
