PTK ELKONwas founded in 1994 with headquarters in the city of Ruse. In the beginning the main activity of the company is production of electrical installation products - in particular electrical power strips,which are marketed in Belgium, France, Germany and other countries. In 1998 PTK ELKON buys facilities in Borovo and put into operation a mechanical plant and electrostatic powder coating plant and started the production of metal articles for sale in Germany and France. From 2003 the cooperative has a press room, which produces both parts required for the manufacture of electrical products and details for other companies. The main activity of the company is production, including the following areas: Electrical installation products such as: - multiple bipolar couplings - plugs - sockets - switches Metal articles from pipes and sheet metal Plastic products obtained by molding Electrostatic powder coating The company has highly experienced specialists. Our products are manufactured in accordance with Bulgarian and international standards and approbated in prestigious laboratories. For achieving this goal , the company is equipped with the appropriate equipment: 1. Five advanced computer-controlled forcers - forcer ENGEL - 350 gr - forcer ENGEL - 200 g - forcer ENGEL - 100 gr - forcer ENGEL - 80 gr - forcer BG - 200 g 2. Furnace for electrostatic powder coating with length of 6 meters and opening of 1.70 x 1.00 m 3. It has a conveyor for the painted details and installation for degreasing. 4. Eccentric presses - 3 pcs. - 63 tons - 2 pcs. - 25 tons 5. Bending - 100 tons for bending of sheet metal Electrical installation products The products are designed and manufactured on the basis of BDS 17183-90 corresponding to CEE - Post 7, BS 3679-73, BS EN 60669-1:2002. The couplers are equipped with valves called "child protection" to prevent contact with parts undre high voltage. The couplers are with cable length of 3m. and 5m. and can be completed with terminals for winding of the cable. The items are available in the following colors: white, black, beige, metallic - gold and silver. The quotation for French connection-blocks becomes possible by adding "with pin".
