 Kupro Email LLC is a traditional and long-standing manufacturer of enameled household dishes with over 65 year history in this field and is a successor of the former MZ Pobeda from the time before the democratic reform.The history of the establishing of the former state factory for enameled dishes is pretty interesting. With a decision of the Council of ministers from December 1944 three factories are nationalized and should merge and start working as a whole. Those were the SILICA factory manufacturing enameled household dishes, the factory Georgi Karamfilov – a metal shop, and the Mednikarov factory manufacturing household dishes from aluminum and copper.As years go by the enamel production merges and consolidates to become the biggest plant for enameled household dishes in Bulgaria. After the privatization in 1998 the former state owned company transforms into a private one known for its current name Kupro Email. The relatively small staff of officers and workers consists of professionals with extensive experience in this specific production. At the moment Kupro Email is the largest manufacturer of enameled household dishes in the country with a well-developed client network, which covers the entire territory of Bulgaria. Our bug clients are in the cities of: Plovdiv, Sofia, Varna, Burgas, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Dimitrovgrad, Ruse, Vratsa, Shumen. We have worked with the big wholesalers of the system of CCU for many years. Kupro Email maintains good business relationships with foreign partners from countries like France and Macedonia. We have exported our products for Belgium, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and also as humanitarian aid under the auspices of UNESCO. The drawing out and the chipping of the parts varies in the range from 0.2 to 20 mm the thickness of sheet metal of which they are made. The presence of unique devices for electrical resistance welding – longitudinal, frontal, spot-welding, etc. allows for the manufacturing of different pipe and wire parts, such as promotional stands, grills for ovens and stoves and many others according to ours or customer’s design regarding the sizes, form and situation of the separate components /hooks, baskets, shelves, billboards/. Similar products can be powder coated in our own powder coating installation in a color chosen by the customer from the RAL catalog.The company provides services like sanding – on a flat sanding machine with a worktable of 320x910 mm and lathe services – on lathes C-13 and C-11+universal.We accept orders for manufacturing different kinds of instrumental equipment. The enameled household dishes have been used by people for a long time for food preparation and nowadays they a variety f applications in the kitchen, despite the invasion of all kinds of teflonized and siliconized, so called stainless and covered with glass accessories fellows of theirs.In their core they are made of steel, iron or cast iron, and they have an enamel /glass-ceramic/ covering baked at high temperature. The enamel serves not only as a decoration but also it does not allow the metal to get in contact with the food being prepared and thus to emit harmful harmful substances in it, which then accumulate in the body after consumption.Enameled dishes cannot be destroyed by acids, salt and alkali active substances like baking soda, soda ash, soap, etc. They are easy to clean and even the use of metal kitchen brush hardly affects the integrity of the enamel coating. They can be used for boiling, steaming, baking and frying. During the heat treatment of the products, the food does not acquire any other smell, taste or color. Food that is prepared in enameled dishes preserve to the highest extent the taste, color and aroma qualities of the products and seasonings used in the making.Also, enameled dishes can be used for storage and transportation of food that has already been prepared without any concern that its longer stay in such dishes would worsen its taste qualities. Despite everything said so far, enameled dishes should be stored with care. Every drop or impact can damage the enamel coating, chip off a piece of the enamel, which although not so fatal over time could worsen the performance of the dish.  SOLID-FUEL FIREPLACES  Since 2002 Kupro Email has been manufacturing solid-fuel fireplaces and in the spring of 2009 begins the development of household fireplaces with new design, equipment and features – the Kupro Email family, which were released to the market in the autumn of the same year. The new models of fireplaces were developed according to the requirements of the synchronized European legislature and are with evaluated conformity, confirmed after testing in a certified laboratory, giving them the right of CE marking and of free access to the European market. Intended for heating of household premises with normal fire risk and operation under periodic burning mode and closed fire door.  The construction of the fireplaces provides:  - efficient fuel burning process with minimum harmful emissions and gases in the atmosphere, with concentration far below the allowed limits;- efficient fire protection;- very good energy efficiency – CPA for fireplaces of this class;- means of regulation of the burning process through hand regulator of the primary air needed for burning, situated on the front of the fireplace on top of the ash tray and delivery of secondary air through openings with permanent cross section, situated on the upper part of the fire door. The place of these openings, the contour of their cross section and the presence of a screen allow some of the secondary air entering the burning chamber to pass in front of the glass and thus forming the so called air curtain, which protects it from contamination. The smoke valve installed at the exit allows for operation of the fireplaces in inclement weather and in the transitional heating periods through delivery of regulated working draught.- choice of heating mode with different outputs – minimum, nominal and maximum. The materials used in the production of the fireplaces are resistant to the mechanical, thermal and chemical effects they are subject to during operation. They are made of sectional steel sheets with δ = 2 mm.The technological equipment of the company allow some of the parts to be drawn out /embossed/ and chipped using dies, on hydraulic presses. The door of the fire chamber has a built-in decorative glass, type Japanese pottery, resistant to temperature shock. It provides visual control of the burning and additional heat exchange through radiation, maximizing the heating effect.The handles of the door and of the ash tray are made of brass ending with a wooden part varnished in a dark color. They give the fireplaces aesthetic and complete appearance and in the same time protect from burning during manipulation of the same when they are in operation. The working fuel of the fireplaces is raw natural wood, air dried. The presence of a cast iron fire grill on the bottom of the fire chamber allows also for the use of low-calorie solid mineral fuel – coal.Their good appearance, functionality, the easy and safe servicing make them wanted and needed for the comfort of every home. As necessary accessories for the installation of the fireplaces in every home, for a better heat delivery and fire protection, for years we have been manufacturing stovepipes /smokestacks/, heat exchangers /lyres/ and base trays for under the fireplaces.The base trays come in three sizes, enameled in black; the pipes and the heat exchangers are offered in four different ways – enameled in black or brown, with a coating of temperature resistant paint same as on the fireplaces or bare metal.
