The FPI magazine is published in collaboration with Bulgarian Association of Food and Drink Industry (BAFDI) and the Union of Food Industry in Bulgaria. We keep our readers - food professionals in business and science - informed about science developments, latest technologies, trends, legislations, food quality and safety, packaging, distribution, trade, EU requirements, consumer health, new products and etc. Fundamental aim of FPIM is to be link between science and business in food and beverage industries and to be the main source of information and forum of communication every day. The Magazine is distributed only by subscription according with the policy of Publishing House `HVP` that this is the way in which information will be reached the exactly person and exactly place. During 2009 Food Processing Industry magazine will be continuing to publish at the end of each month (28th of the month) at 68 pages, print on LVC paper, 85g, glaze.
