Villa Philadelphia is ideally located in the central part of Sinemoretz, within 10-minute walks from two gorgeous beaches and a couple minutes from numerous restaurants and grocery shops. Our view is one of the best in town with the sweeping intensely blue arc of the sea, expanses of green meadows and parts of the town landscape itself. Villa Philadelphia is oriented to maximize our guests’ comfort and enjoyment. The front of the building, with Bobby’s Cafe, faces the street and is easily accessible from the heart of town. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel. Our guestrooms are located on the opposite side of the building, away from the street and facing the ocean. There, the L-shaped building, hugging a quiet garden courtyard, is crisscrossed by three levels of wood decks, maximizing the outdoor space and affording a magical ocean view.   Rooms   Villa Philadelphia strives to be environmentally conscious. Our 1st and 2nd floor guestrooms are kept naturally cool by the double-layer thickness of the brick walls and the orientation of the rooms, capturing full-day shade and sea breezes. Our 3rd floor studios are an exception: they are equipped with air-conditioners, though it is rarely necessary to turn them on. This year, the hotel will be supplied with energy-saving solar panels. Villa Philadelphia has 4 guestrooms on the 1st floor, 2 on the 2nd floor, and 2 luxury studios on the 3rd floor. Room service and free wireless internet are available to all our guests.   Bobby’s Cafe   Bobby’s Caf? is our cocktail-bar which offers breakfast in the morning and a variety of exotic alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks and desserts in the evening. After a hot day on the beach, this is the perfect place to chill out – whether at the cool bar with one of a kind ambiance, or under the young vines at the outdoor patio amidst flowers and romantic lanterns, or on the hammock and lounge furniture on the upstairs terrace, seductively overlooking the sea and the town.
