Dear customers, all prices on this site are inclusive of VAT. The goods with a check mark for
"in stock", ordered by 16.00 are processed and sent by courier on the same day.
The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the products. Orders are sent with a
Cash on Delivery courier Speedy, Econt, Interlogistica, or other courier of your choice.
Products are payable upon delivery to the address provided, with cash on delivery.
The money are paid to the courier. A client, who has ordered goods through an online store and have received
the goods from a courier, has the right to refuse to accept the order, once
it is delivered, in the following cases:
- During transportation of goods and their packaging is damaged.
- The arranged delivery date is not complied with.
- The delivered merchandise clearly does not correspond to the ordered one.
- The price does not match the one, initially offered.
- Under the conditions of Article 69, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Defend Act.
Claims on the above mentioned points shall be performed only at the time of delivery.
If, upon receipt of the shipment, it is broken or has a torn packaging,
the claim will be honored only in the presence of the courier during the actual
receipt of goods. In this case, a protocol (in duplicate)
is prepared, which describes the status of the shipment and its
packaging. We will not accept a claim if the client adopts such a shipment
and does not represent his/her claims to the courier.
After receiving and paying for the goods, the customer may raise a claim, or demand to return the goods and recover the amount paid, in the following circumstances and conditions:
- If during operation some defects show up, set out as guarantee.
- Under the conditions of Article 69, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Defend Act.
Claims are accepted within the time provided in the warranty card, accompanying
the goods, or within 7 days from the receipt of the goods, provided that, there are
written reasonable grounds for this and a signed declaration,
stating that the product is in the form in which it was received, without
using and damaging the original packaging.
The transport costs for a claim are paid by the client.
Electronic components and spare parts are not subject to warranty claims.
Guarantee for them is assumed only in the case, when they are deployed in an equipment, which is repaired
by the service technicians of the supplier company . When the delivered item has a warranty,
offered by the manufacturer or the importer and the customer is regularly supplied with warranty card, which lists the addresses and telephone numbers of warranty services, then the client turns directly to those workshops or places.
Transportation costs to the service are borne by the customer.
By reading these terms and subsequently using the electronic store
for purchases, you as a client, unconditionally agree with them. If you disagree with the abovementioned please do not use the store.
