Project Management
We are experienced advisors and executives in the field of project preparation and project implementation of projects financed by World Bank and other international financial institutions, covering the core project management functions of project co-ordination; financial management, accounting; international and national procurement of civil works, goods and consulting services; project monitoring and evaluation; and project reporting.
Our experience involves implementation of projects, from project identification and preparation through full project implementation, project monitoring and evaluation, liaison and coordination at the operational level, on a day-to-day basis, with the international lenders and/or donors, handling complex multi-disciplinary components.
