D&D Accounting Firm The "D&D" Ltd. company is registered on 20 October 1997. Its managers are: Petar Stefanov Darov and Maya Borisova Darova. The subject of activity of the company is financial accounting support and servicing; auditing and representation. The education status of the managers is university degrees in economy, with specialization in "Accounting and control". Maya Darova has a graduated second specialty in "Consulting and management of business activities". Petar Darov has a four year service background as a chief accountant, followed by a post of a consultant for the "Panda" cooperative, which is the biggest distributor of office consumables and materials in Bulgaria of home and foreign manufacture, known under the trade mark of "Office 1 Superstore". Maya Darova has worked for the "Planing" department, an accountant and chief accountant for the "Milk Industry" company - district of Sofia - as well as for the newspaper "Football" and has held a number of accounting positions in other private companies. The staff of the company, employed by the above-quoted managers, consists of ten people, working under individual labour contracts. Two of them have a specialized secondary school education and the other five have graduated economy disciplines with a specialization in "Accounting and control". When needed, the company employs additional accountants and auditors as well as various specialists on a temporary basis. D&D Our company offers its services to more than fifty clients, operating in the various spheres of the economy and the business - commerce, manufacturing, the service sphere, publishing, tourism, veterinary medicine, international transport. Five of these have an annual turnover of more than two million BGN. The greater part of the clients are registered under the Law of Value Added Tax and many are engaged in foreign trade activities. The company is in possession of modern office equipment and software, which considerably improves the quality of the services offered. It is a member of the "Association of specialized accounting companies" (APAC) . We do not count on specialized visible advertisements, but rather rely on the quality of the services we offer as the way to attract clients. Some tendencies in the future development of our company include the attraction of clients from other spheres of business activity, the opening of additional offices in the country as well as increasing the number of our foreign partners.
