"Esalog Bulgaria" is a transport and forwarding company that specializes in the transport of full and partial shipments. The Company started its activities in Bulgaria more than 15 years with the opening of a branch of the the Czech transport and forwarding company - Kladno AET Transport, one of the largest transportation companies in the Republic. The name of the Bulgarian subsidiary was initially ESA Bulgaria - branch. SERVICES FORWARDING FORWARDING Department is the main organizational unit in the structure of our company. Highly qualified young people, who know the specifics of this activity and who have gathered their experience in the market conditions in our country, work in this department. The activity is conditionally separated under geographical destinations, which allows us to offer overall services, including language services, considering the specifics of the work in the different countries: Czech Republic and Slovakia, Poland and Hungary, West Europe and others, Transport within the borders of EU. INTERNATIONAL MOTOR TRANSPORT The transport Department of the company offers international motor transport of collective consignments or group consignments with the volume of the 33-120 cubic m.The motor fleet consists of board freight compositions model MAN, Mercedes-Benz and DAF, with volume capacity between 90-120 m3. All vehicles conform to the European ecological standards under CEMT resolution and to the standards Euro II, Euro III and EURO V. The drivers of our vehicles are people with considerable professional experience in international transport. They are well aware of the specifics of the work in the different countries and are highly motivated to meet the requirements of our clients.The connection with all vehicles is established by means of mobile GSM or GPS communication. Insurances: The goods that we forward are under the cover of CMR insurance at the amount, required under the CMR Convention. DOMESTIC MOTOR TRANSPORT ON THE TERRITORY OF BULGARIA AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC The motor fleet consists of vehicles Mercedes-Benz and Ford with volume capacity between 11 and 33 m3. All vehicles conform to the European ecological standards under CEMT resolution and to the standards EURO III, IV, V. TRANSPORT OF GROUP CONSIGNMENTS Group consignments are performed under the scheme "door-to-door", i.e. from the storehouse of the sending company to the storehouse of the receiving company. The delivery periods are within 4 to 7 working days following receiving and confirming the forwarding order. Each week, the forwarding and transport department of the company complete: from 4 to 7 group trucks from the Czech Republic and Slovakia to Bulgaria, from 2 to 4 group trucks from Poland and Hungary to Bulgaria. TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS ADR. Many of our vehicles are equipped for transport of dangerous goods under the requirements of ADR Agreement. We have concluded contracts with transport companies, which allow us to provide international transport of dangerous goods with thermo-insulated vehicles and goods of danger class 1 – explosives. TRANSPORT OF BIG VOLUME CONSIGNMENTS Our motor fleet has board vehicles with volume capacity 116–120 m3 (38–40 Europallet places). STORING Our company has 3000 m2 of storehouse premises in Sofia. We offer customs and temporal storing. DISTRIBUTION The Domestic Transport Department and/or Storing Department may offer beneficial distribution schedules for your consignments, arriving from abroad or manufactured in the country. This service is provided for the territory of Bulgaria. LOGISTICS Our team may offer you favourable logistic schemes with consideration of the specifics of your activity and the specifics of the imported /exported/manufactured by your company goods. CUSTOMS AGENCY On the territory of Bulgarian, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, we offer: preparation of all required customs documents, providing a bank guarantee in the different customs regimes, representation before the customs authorities, customs and legal consultations. VEHICLES HISTORY 1993 - The beginning. The company started in Bulgaria with the opening of a subsidiary of the Czech transport and forwarding company "ESA Transporte s.r.o. Kladno". The name of the company is "ESA Bulgaria - subsidiary". The period is characteristic for the increase of the personnel number, establishment of the company name and work professionalism, and constant turnover increase. 1996 - The company opened a department, which started realizing commercial deals with goods, imported from the Czech Republic. The company became an exclusive importer of foods and other goods of the brands "HAME", "KOSTELECKE UZENINY", "VELAMOS", "FAVORITE", etc. 2000 - With view of the large scale broadening of the activities and increase of the amount of services offered, reorganization was imposed, which lead to the present company structure and name – "ESALOG BULGARIA” Ltd. A storehouse was purchased. 2001 - Purchase of transport vehicles commenced stage by stage. 2002 - The specialization of the company in the field of international transport of group consignment in the direction Czech Republic – Bulgaria was established. 2003 - The company continued establishing its name as a reliable partner in transport from Central Europe. The amount of consignments from Poland and Hungary, forwarded by us, increased. 2004 - A new tendency for searching and servicing new clients, which perform goods transfer with Western and Southern Europe was further strengthened with the recruitment of new employees. 2005 - The share of transports with the countries in Western and Southern Europe has been increased. 2006 - After structural re-organization in the company, it has been given a priority to the partial cargo transport services to all directions. 2007 - After the accession of Bulgaria in the European Community and the abolishment of the customs procedures, a new specialization has been developed – transport among the Western European countries. Also started modernization and increasing of the auto park. New high volume trucks and trailers eco standard EURO 5 has been bought. 2008 - Modernization and enlargement of the stock areas has been realized. A new, modern stock with more than 1000 m2 area has been built. It facilitates and increases the range and level of logistic services, offered by the company. 2009 - Under the circumstances of the world economic crisis the efforts of the company has been concentrated over the retainment of its actual clientele through more competitive prices and flexible terms of payment, and having in mind the new economic reality – over the attraction of new partners. Aiming the optimization of the truck mileage, the specialization – transport among the Western European countries, has been affirmed. The company has enhanced the cooperation with stable and correct partners in transport directions Czech Republic – Germany, Czech Republic – Netherlands and Belgium, Poland and Baltic states – Netherlands and Germany, Spain and Italy – Czech Republic and Poland.
