The production capacity is very high - 2000 holesaws and 800 blades per month. We offer restoration of used and not working diamond tools as well. Our company works with well-trained experienced personnel and equipment of the Swiss company Tyrolit Hydrostress and offers cutting and notching of asphalt, fresh and reinforced concrete. Notching tools We offer tools in the range of O12 to O600 with standard length of 450mm or length after customer request. The work speed of the tools is 1400rev./min. The holesaw is a tool working in water environment. It is used for drilling holes for different purposes: - providing heating and water-conduit systems in buildings - assembly of ventilation and air-conditioning installations - assembly of fire-extinguishing systems - providing building with weak current installations - drilling holes for assembly of technical equipment for various purposes Socket Holesaws They are used for dry drilling and assembly of any type of installations. The socket holesaw production range varies from O12 to O112mm and length of 100mm. Non-standard sizes are produced after customer's order. Cutting tools Blades We offer blades for cutting asphalt, fresh concrete, reinforced concrete, marble and granite. The blades are of high quality, long life and high cutting properties, ensuring the perfect processing of the material. Cloth Cutters We add segments to new cloth cutters and restore used ones. Segments We offer various series of diamond segments including: blade segments - depending on the processed material - for asphalt, concrete, marble, granite. segments for holesaws - the segments of the BF 515 series are used for various diameters and applicable for drilling asphalt, concrete, reinforced concrete, stone and other construction materials. segments for cloth cutters /mono or poly/ - uset for cutting marble, travertine, limestone blocks. These segments are auto-sharpening and do not need to be additionally sharpened. Restoration We restore all types of diamond holesaw and disc blades with diameter of 500mm using professional and specialized equipment.
