Provision of training and instructions is an established practice that assists for improving the professional qualification level of the Company. The Company has its own designers’ bureau, laboratory, Quality management Department, logistic and installation groups. Business The business of Europrefabricate Bulgaria АD covers the complete process of study and design, manufacture, supply and installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements and enclosing facade panels, roofs and insulations. The Company is in the possession of a modern system for pre-stressing of reinforced concrete elements, which enables increasing of buildings structural span. The reinforcement yard is equipped with the most contemporary computerized machines. The batching plant is fully automated with the equipment from the Italian company ORU. A modern laboratory is operating at the factory and it is supplied with equipment from the world leader in that sector - Controls. A daily control takes place there, vital for the high quality of production, which is a priority for the Company. Europrefabricate Bulgaria АD possesses its own platforms for special vehicles, making possible to transport elements with up to 32 m length. Production The technological equipment of original Italian formworks is situated in an optimal manner on an area of 5000 sq.m. and that guarantees a maximum productivity per unit area. Europrefabricate Bulgaria offers wide range of technical solutions for building production and logistic bases and also of trade and service centers. The factory can manufacture reinforced concrete columns with length up to 20 m and possibility to mount a sub-crane road and roof beams up to 30 m long. Depending on the standard loads different solutions of floor structures are offered, with pre-stressed ТТ panels. The height of the panels can range from 30 to 100 cm and makes possible for up to 20 m spans to be made. The plastifying additives incorporated to the concrete, its further thermal treatment after casting into formworks and the technology of pre-stressing reinforced concrete elements and relaxation of strings leads to shortening the time of manufacture and further increases the overall productivity of the factory. Products Europrefabricate Bulgaria АD also offers to its clients wide range of solutions for enclosing fa?ade and roof structures of reinforced concrete or metal panels with their relevant insulations. Facade metal panels with incorporated thermo-insulation of mineral wool and vertical or horizontal coating with external facade tin of color and section to the satisfaction of the client. Facade reinforced concrete panels with surface of washed pebbles and relevant thermo-insulation incorporated in the panel thermoinsulation. Supply and installation of roof insulations, smoke discharge hatches, top and facade illumination.
