MN - Flavours We have a dream - and we should be a piece of the infinite variety and color in the world of fragrances. MN-PAL® Flavours on the Bulgarian market products of the company GIOTTI® - a family company with more than 80 years experience in the production of flavors and extracts for the food and pharmaceutical industries. We offer high quality flavors, emulsions, extracts, natural bases, concentrates, successfully used by many famous manufacturers. Creation is a process which required time and effort of many people. Success is a direct relation and commitment (accessibility, knowledge, research and control) to the product. We understand that our clients expect results can only be achieved through optimization and balance. That's why we pay sufficient attention to every detail of our business. Flavours Liquid flavours It is possible to use many solvents, according to the food or the application they are destined to, in order to guarantee best solubility and homogeneous diffusion in the finished product. Emulsion flavours Emulsion flavors are employed specifically in the following applications: - they give beverage, or other food products, their own aromatic touch and also a stable and homogeneous turbidity and opalescence; - they consent homogeneous dispersion of the oil phase inside a watery mixture or blend, for example pastry mixture, enhancing the aromatic performance of the finished product. Powder flavours Atomized or dispersed on inert support (maltodextrine) or functional to the application they are destined to (such as sugar, salt etc.). Extracts Concentrated soft extracts The raw materials are submitted to an extraction and subsequent vacuum concentration with low temperature, in order to protect the aromatic principles. Distillates Distillation is an operation, right after the extraction, where the hydro alcoholic solution (in which berries, fruits, herbs are brewed) is distilled to extract in a selective way the aromatic principle of that particular material. Powder extracts Our natural extracts are commercialized in two ways: as such (fluid extracts, infusions or colorings), or as intermediate products, assigned to further manufacturing. Fluid extracts We choose our extractive techniques and our solvents according to the pre-established aromatic goals and to the final application of the extract; Water for infusions; Water/Alcohol: generally employed for herbs, roots and peels for extracts/flavors destined to beverage; Glycol: used for food or semi-manufactured in anhydrous environment; Oil and olive oil: selected for many vegetables and extract/flavor smells, employed in gastronomy and savoury.
