Монита ООД Monita Ltd. was founded in 1999. We are specialists in the production and distribution of minced meat and ready made meat food. In 2004, a new facility for the production of meat products has been built in the Chernokonevo district, Dimitrovgrad. The plant has a total production area of 1400 square meters and meets all European requirements about the meat processing industry. The base's production capacity is about 11 tons per day, which includes meat preparations from chopped and non-chopped meat, as well as boiled-smoked delicacies. The production process is done with machines and equipment of the leading European manufacturers in the industry as Seydelmann, VEMAG, Schroder, Waldyssa. Monita Ltd. has an external distribution network. The transportation of the products is made with our own refrigerator cars, that guarantees speed and security of the supply. In 2006 Monita Ltd. successfully covered the requirements of ISO 22000 /international standard for food safety/ throughout our whole food chain. The raw materials used in the production come from regulated suppliers specifically selected for the different product groups, observing all hygiene and safety requirements. The specialized trainings of our employees in the country and abroad are part of our company policy, which aim at familiarizing them with the latest trends in European practice. The continuous upgrading of the equipment and the technology and the in-depth study of the market requirements are made with the sole purpose of providing the best for our current and future customers.
