      NECTIME LTD       The Bulgarian private company NECTIME LTD was founded in 1991 in Sofia. It is a small-medium sized firm and has firmly occupied its market place among the first 10 Bulgarian companies, dealing in the same sphere. Its initial target was to serve the needs in the area of air-conditioning and ventilation. The company is performing design, manufacturing, import, distribution, sales, delivery, installation and service operations. About us         From the very beginning NECTIME is an official distributor on the Bulgarian market for the wide range of air-condition products (home and office comfort range, industrial and chilled-water range) under the trade mark of JOHNSON and later of the French A.C.E., representing trade marks AIRWELL A.C.E. and WESPER S.A.(fan-coil units, chilled water cassette units, chilled water wall mounted units, static pressure fan-coil units and air handling units). Since 1995 NECTIME is also official distributor for Bulgaria of the Czech fire flaps producer MANDIK, as well as of the Spanish company NOVOVENT for domestic and industrial fans and ventilators. Since 2002 NECTIME has the exclusive rights of Starway trademark for the Bulgarian market, participating in the direct import of high-tech products. All the products, offered by NECTIME, have Euro Certificate for quality. The very company is certified with Certificate ISO 9001:2000. NECTIME keeps constantly product diversity on stock in Sofia and the biggest Bulgarian cities. In present the company target is to complete the cycle in Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heating, starting from engineering and design, and going on with quality high-tech own production. Now the company is manufacturing tin air ducts and accessories in own workshop but has the ambition to modernize and expand the production of ventilation and air-conditioning systems. For this purpose marketing plans are realized and the company is in negotiations with several leading manufacturers from West Europe and South Korea for organizing of joint production and outgoing together to third markets. The central administrative and trade office of NECTIME is situated in Sofia, where the company has also own shop with constant showroom, service center and 4 stores. The customers can always rely on the competent staff of the company. Branch offices of NECTIME are opened in all the 28th regional city centers of Bulgaria. NECTIME is gathering marketing information for the neighboring countries and is planning to open trade offices in Bucharest (Romania) and Belgrade (Serbia and Montenegro). The company is working in close consortium forms with partner firms – Italclima and Premier Group Ltd.
