Lumber material The beams that we manufacture are of pinewood lumber, passed through all ways of lumber processing, dried in 12-14% moisture. Pellets Pellets are produced from ground and dried biomass, which is obtained as technological waste during wood article production. When necessary biomass is fragmented to suitable size and dried in special drying installations to 6 – 8%. Pellets of wooden biomass waste of the “Les Commerce 94” Ltd. Company are a product, which is obtained through thermal pressing of wooden material from oak, beech and pine /shavings, saw-dust and bran/, without any additional soldering substances. In production are used auger presses, providing high pressure – around 1000 atmospheres and high temperature – around 300 C. This way the cellulose in the wood melts and the particles clot together. This explains the greater density and solidity of the product. The product obtained this way has very good technological, ecological and economical characteristics, especially when compared to products of the main competitors – wood, coal and oil products. The products are unmatched in the local market. Pellets can be used in boilers with special burners. They are comfortable for storage and transportation. They do not give off harmful gas and don’t contaminate the air and soil. The ash can be used as manure. Pallets, trays and wooden packaging - "Les Commers 94" Ltd. produces and markets licensed pallets, trays, containers and wooden crates. For its production "Les Commers 94" Ltd. has its own kiln - two dryers with 40 cubic meters capacity and electronic monitoring of the work process. The production features guaranteed quality according to European standards. Pallets - To be competitive on the market, we manufacture standart evro pallets as well as pallets, chests, grates, encasement by technological characteristics set by the client.
