Services Facility management Maintenance of the common parts of the building: Performing small repair activities; Water and electricity maintenance in the common parts of the building; Cleaning the common parts of the building; Cleaning glass frontages; Cleaning ground window display facings; Cleaning high glass frontages using ‘Alpine’ methods; Control of access to the building; Technological and organisational solutions for controlling access to the common parts of the building; Parking systems; work time management; Video (CCTV) surveillance; Design, construction and installation of video surveillance systems; control and observation systems; Maintenance of the video surveillance control and observation systems; Continuous monitoring; Door - keeper services; Access control; traffic restrictions; access systems monitoring, video control and observation for fire risks; Seasonal and daily maintenance of green areas, gardens and pools; Repair works in the building /an additional service for clients, which is outside of the basic service for maintenance of the common parts of the building/; Management of ownership; Management of rental relations; Activities concerning servicing the customers’ bills; Cleaning and maintenance; Additional services Security service Our company is licensed under the Bulgarian Act for ‘Private Security Activity’ and operates with exceptionally well qualified and motivated guarding and security teams. During the execution of our security and guarding activities and services we use state of the art video control methods, warning security systems, access control and others. In order to be able to provide a high standard and quality of security services we maintain a twenty four hour control centre for the coordination of the security teams as well as permanent mobile control teams.. Logistics control The logistics control system is a GPS / GSM based solution aiming at extending and increasing vehicle and machine control which consists of two basic components: Control centre; Controlling devises in the observed object; The system allows for observation of almost all of the customer’s desired parameters for example; position or location, routes, fuel usage, machine activity, electrical systems, alarm signals and others.
