We produce a unique range of flours that are milled from selected wheat, rye and variety of healthy seeds, available in bulk and smaller packaging. By really understanding our products and their applications, we believe that somewhere in our carefully crafted traditional, special and boutique wholegrain range, there is something for every household, wholesaler, retailer or bakery.
Realising the importance of healthy and well-balanced food, we focus on keeping maximum level of nutritional ingredients from the wheat and rye grains in our products. Traditional Flours
Extra” Flour – equivalent to flour type 500 this high quality white flour contains mainly the grain kernel. It provides excellent dough baking properties, suitable for various types of white bread, bread products and confectionery.
Available in bags of 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg and in bulk quantities.
Flour “Standard” Flour –equivalent to flour type 700 this is a high quality wheat flour with light creamy coloring, suitable for making “Dobrudzha” bread and other light dietary bread products. Available in bags of 25kg, 50kg and in bulk quantities.
“Tipovo” Flour – equivalent to flour type 1150 this high quality brown flour is rich in minerals, proteins and fibers. Made from the peripheral parts of the wheat grain, this flour also contains less calories which makes it ideal for the production of “Tipov”. Available in bags of 1kg, 25kg, 50kg and in bulk quantities.
“Brown 2000” Flour – dark wheat flour with low-gluten content, suitable for the preparation of various types of dietary and low-calorie bread and bread products. Available in bags of 25kg, 50kg and in bulk quantities.

Flour Pastry Flour – this specially crafted flour has high gluten content, which provides great dough elasticity and stretching properties, ideal for making Bulgarian banitsa, Turkish borek, Greek tiropita and other types of filo-dough pastries. Available in bags of 1kg, 25kg and 50kg
Easter Bread Flour – this is a very fine flour with high gluten content, providing great dough elasticity and rising properties. Product exclusively designed for Easter bread, buns and rolls with specific thread-like crumb structure, smooth and beautifully colored crust and delightful flavor. Biscuit Flour
Archar Flour Biscuit Flour – milled from carefully selected soft wheat, this special flour has a low protein and gluten content, providing excellent dough baking texture, hardness and shaping properties, suitable for making a wide range of luxury biscuits and derivative products. Wafer Flour
Archar Flour Wafer Flour – milled from a low to medium protein soft wheat, this superior flour provides excellent dough opening elasticity, softness and expansion properties. “Healthy” Flour –this wholegrain wheat flour has naturally dark coloring and contains all the healthy components of the wheat grain. This high quality product is ideal for the preparation of various types of dietary bread with balanced rye flavor.

“Omega+” Flour –this is a wholegrain rye flour with special dark coloring, demonstrating distinct flavor of rye in freshly baked breads.
