The company was established in 1991.
Its main activity is manufacture and mounting of wooden, aluminium and PVC joinery with insulating glass and security roller doors. It offers also a great variety of other products in order to ensure a rich choice to its clients.
GSG has been certificated ISO 9001:2000 by LRQA.
A lot of the used materials are produced in Germany, Belgium and other EU countries which results in quality of the end product, equal or excelling that in many European countries.
Security Rolling Shutters
Roller doors: Heat insulated
Two types of doors are offered according to the composing them lamella type:
- Doors, assembled from aluminium lamella with penopolyurethanium padding, covered with powder polymer coating.
- Doors, assembled from steel lamella with re-inforced strength, covered with powder polymer coating. The good insulation is guaranteed by the 8 cm deep groove, equipped with a brush-holder and a brush, as well as with an additional gasket on the floor.
Roller doors (not insulated)
The variety of the offered by G-S-G lamellas meets a wide variety of requirements:
- common lamella which can be punched with openings with different configuration
- wind resistant lamella which allows project and manufacture of roller doors with bigger dimensions, suitable for more intensive work regime
- small lamella – 65 mm – suitable for roller doors with more elegant design and casing.
Rolling shutters of the type ‘braiding’
They are made of 8 mm fixture iron and allow visibility of the shop window when it is locked.
- section doors – widely spread in our country and abroad. Made of sections with 40 mm thickness andassembled from elements produced in Germany and Belgium. Elegant, convenient and providing very good heat insulation and possibility to build in passage doors or windows.
Portal doors
Sliding or two-leaved doors; tracery or compact; according to client’s design; suited to the needed function on the respective site; can be produced and mounted within 10-12 months.
The automation of all door types is a convenience which we offer at a reasonable price: remote control, light signaling, defensive photo cells - UPS supplied in case of electricity cuts.
The galvanizing and the follow-up powder polymer coating guarantee corrosion resistance for a long time.
Garage Doors
The garage roller doors are produced from highly stable heat insulated aluminium lamellas (polyurethanium padding for better sound- and heat insulation.) They can be driven either manually or by a remote control operated engine or a button. The roller type garage doors allow maximum use of the garage space.
The section doors are widely used in many countries because they are noiseless, stylish and reliable. They can be driven either manually or by a chain mechanism, as well as by a remote control operated engine or a button.
The door plate consists of 4, 5 or 6 sections (depending on the height), made of galvanized steel sheet iron, covered by PVC foil and filled with 40 mm penopolyurethanium. The garage section doors are assembled only from imported components from Germany, Canada, the Netherlands. An advantage of the section doors is the possibility to build in a passage door and/or windows.
Woodwork
Due to the contemporary production technologies and high quality materials the woodwork is about to take its place again among the products which guarantee maximum home heat insulation and irreplaceable aesthetic impact.
Materials
The woodwork is made of three-layer high quality softwood. White pine-tree, SIEGENIA casing and SIKKENS lacquers are used.
The white pine-tree is very suitable and it is used all over Europe because it is very stable and can be shaped easily. The timber is cleaned from knots, dried up to 7-8% moisture and is treated against pests. All mechanical and structural defects are removed.
Processing and prevention
The profile is pressed and consists of three layers pasted together and supporting each other. This is enabled by the annual rings which are oriented in opposite directions and the purpose is to avoid casting. After being pasted the profile is pressed and impregnated. This procedure increases the woodwork strength and reliability.
Aluminium Joinery
Aluminium is big temperature amplitudes resistant which means that its structure is not changed with time.
GSG uses the Greek joinery ALUMIL with an uninterrupted thermal bridge and a cold profile, which is among the best profile systems for aluminium joinery on the market, with a guaranteed quality and a modern design, meeting the European requirements for heat- and sound insulation.
The cold profile provides the needed efficiency at an affordable price.
The variety of profiles and rubber gaskets makes it possible to use single glazing 4 mm or glass units up to 20 mm as well as different kinds of padding.
The German casing SIGENIA can be regulated, allows two axial opening – on the vertical and on the horizontal axes; ensures housebreaking security; has two-layer anti-corrosion surface polishing.
The aluminium joinery can be colored in an unlimited number of colors – it can be powder painted in the full color range of the RAL catalogue or in knot variants of wood shades: red oak, mahogany, pale or dark cherry, acacia, fumed oak, beech, etc.
PVC Joinery
The polyvinyl chloride has low heat conductivity and due to this, it successfully keeps the heat inside the premises.
The PVC joinery requires minimum maintenance – it does not need painting or special stabilizers treatment but it just needs washing with a soft cloth and soap.
GSG offers four types of PVC joinery: THYSSEN, BLICK, REHAU and PROFILINK.
The THYSSEN PVC joinery is manufactured only in the THYSSEN POLYMER GmbH works in Germany which is a world leader in the production of PVC systems for windows, doors, gardens and facades.
The monitoring tests of THYSSEN display excellent results, guaranteeing a minimum 45 years of the PVC profiles life cycle. The German casing SIGENIA + BASF gaskets with a built in fibre against temperature variations has got a 3-chambered profile.
BLICK is with a 4-chambered profile and as the rest of the company’s products, uses the German casing SIGENIA in order to ensure highest quality.
REHAU
The German PVC joinery REHAU has been put to test on the Bulgarian market for over 10 years already and has established itself as an optimal proportion between price and quality. The REHAU concern has representations in 51 countries on 3 continents – Europe, America and Asia and it prognosticates for its product a 50-year life cycle
