“Ristray” Ltd. The company “RISTRAY” Ltd. was founded in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1993 by engineer Pavel Raychinov. It began operation in March 1993 with 30 employees. Initially, the Company performed periodically major repairs of machines, units and furnaces at Loom 1200 – V in Kremikovtzi Corp. In 1995/96 “RISTRAY” Ltd. started building its own manufacturing base in the industrial district of Chelopechene, Sofia, near the former heavy industry enterprise Kremikovtzi Corp., which includes the following workshops: Lathe Workshop, Metal Processing and Installation Workshop and a Powder Coating Workshop.
