The company designs, assembles and delivers fully completed prefabricated houses.
"Bratya Pashkulevi" Ltd. constructed and has completed over 80 buildings not only on the territory of our country but also on the territory of Turkey, Greece , Spain and France.

Payment options
The company offers deferred payment according to the building stages.
30% at the contract signing;
30% at the assembly beginning;
30% at the crude completed assembly;
10% at the building finishing.

Elements and Modules
We produce all elements/modules that are necessary for the construction of our prefabricated houses in factory conditions considering their thickness, structure and configuration, determined by the individual project of the building. The pipes for the internal water-supply system and electrical installation are mounted inside the panels.

A Bordering of Softwood - Rounded - 25 mm for the exterior facing; Smooth - 16 mm for the interior
