The company was established in 2001. Grit-Morel Ltd. is a company engaged in enterpreneurship and investments in construction sphere, sales, engineering, project and property management of commercial, office and residential developments. The company has experience in the construction of residential and office buildings, mainly in Sofia area. major projects between them being: - completion of an office building in Lozenetz Quarter – 4500 m2 spread-out area - full construction as a company’s own investment of a residential building in Vitosha quarter, 7, Georgi Raichev Street – 3500 m2. At the end of 2005 our company started the construction of a luxury residential complex “BOTANIKA”, consisting of 3-4 storey blocks with 67 apartments, SPA centre, store and cafe, located in Dragalevtzi Quarter /next to Botanik Garden/, Sofia. Overall spread-out built-up area is about 9 000 m2. The company has concluded 25-year concession contract for extraction of crushed rock materials "Trahi-andesid" in Bremor Quarry, which is to ensure fractions “Split Mastik”, suitable for upper wearing asphalt layer, as well as for high-quality types of concrete.
