The company is specialized in the production of vessels made of ferrous or non-ferrous metals and intended for the oil production and refining industry, as well as for commercial bases for distribution of petrochemical products, fuel and gas stations, including methane station. Vessels made of ferrous or non-ferrous metals and intended for the machine building, chemical and food industries, more particularly for oil extraction, brewery and wine industries, biotechnological industry and protection of the environment. Fabrication and assembly of any tailor made equipment and metal structures. Our products are intended primarily for customers at home and abroad, and include: 1. Storage tanks for petroleum products, with capacity from 1 to 100 m3, designed for underground or surface assembly, single or double walled, fixed or mobile, completed with joining elements on request of the customer. Elliptical bottoms with diameter from 1000 to 3000 mm, and external coating – bituminous varnish applied after cleaning to metal shine (degree Sa 2½) and double coating with phosphate primer. 2. Tanks for liquified petroleum gas, with capacity from 0.6 to 400 m3 and operating pressure up to 1.6 MPa, made of standard or alloy steel with guaranteed qualities and thickness of walls up to 28 mm, double external phosphate primer coating and painting after cleaning to metal shine, hydraulic testing up to 10 MPa and 100% nondestructive control of weld seams through radiography, ultrasonic examination, magnetic, capillary, hydraulic, and pneumatic testing. 3. Sodium and cation water filter for industrial water requiring water softening. Rated volume from 1.7 to 27.5 m3, permeability from 25 to 375 m3/hour. Acid resistant for the spraying device. Hatches and fittings that ensure functionality. 4. Ion-exchange columns for softening of water intended for thermal powerplants and boiler plants, and for water requiring chemical treatment. For a wide range of recovering solution – sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric and sulfuric acid. Diameters from 400 to 1000 mm, operating volume from 0.1 to 2.1 m3, permeability from 5 to 25 m3/hour. Anti-corrosion coating. 5. Mechanical and pressure filters for mechanical treatment of raw water through the use of quartz sand. Pressure varying from 0.6 to 1 MPa. Special modification intended for water treatment in swimming pools. Rate volume from 1.4 to 15.8 m3. Permeability from 15 to 100 m3/hour. 6. High pressure air tanks (air receivers) to keep the air pressure constant in compressed air systems. Orifices for input and output, pressure gauges, valves, an inspection hatch, etc. Operating pressure up to 1.6 MPa, volume from 0.8 to 16 m3. 7. Water booster systems to keep the water pressure constant in water supply or heating systems. Pressure from 1.6 MPa, volume from 0.8 to 6.3 m3. Internal anti-corrosion coating. 8. Salt dissolving units for production of 5 to 20% NaCl solution to be used as a recovering solution for water conditioning systems. Rated volume from 0.3 to 3.05 m3. 9. Tanks designed for acids and hydroxides – sodium hydroxides, sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. Internal liner – rubber or ferrous sheet metal without coating. Volume from 8 m3 to 63 m3, hatches, level-measuring glass, safety ladder for maintenance and control, stainless coil for preheating. 10. Dispenser for acids and hydroxides, volume from 1 to 3 m3 for dispensing of acids and hydroxides to obtain certain concentrations. Internal coating. 11. Water pre-heaters – heat exchangers designed for preheating of hot water for heating and domestic needs from a central heating source – water from thermal power plants. Multisectioned heat exchangers with lengths and diameters depending on the heat-exchanging surface required: diameter from 70 to 273 mm, length from 2 to 4 m, operating pressure from 1.6 MPa, and operating temperature up to 150. External coatings: cleaning to metal shine (degree Sa 2½) and coating with phosphate primer, painting with materials on request by the customer. Internal coatings:: polymeric coatings, acid-resistant plastics, and rubber coatings. On request of the customer – any type of vessels made of ferrous or non-ferrous sheet metal with a thickness up to 25 mm and diameter up to 3000 mm. Blank parts for large-sized vessels that require on-site assembly. The company site is divided into two zones, Zone f and Zone B, see the schematic diagram enclosed. The total area is 76650 m2., built-up area 21500 m2, outdoor working sites 4990 m2, indoor stores 2090 m2, and outdoor stores 4500 m2.
