In addition, we continue to reinvest in up-to-date process and support equipment in order to maintain our position as a low-cost producer in the industry.     Injection Molding       Our molding department offers late model molding equipment, ranging in size from 25 to 210 tons. Our machines are computer controlled and process monitored. All machines have dedicated mold temperature controllers, desiccant material dryers and material loaders. We process all thermoplastic material from commodity materials such as PP, PS, PE (HD, LD) to engineering thermoplastics like PC, ABS, POM, PBT, PPO, PEEK. Transfer your molds to us. We will sample them, evaluate them and offer you the best possible quotation. We make it simple. Bal Bos offers a no-risk Mold Transfer Program. Here is how it works: We will accept the shipment of a mold(s) at our facility. We will set up the mold(s) and run samples at no charge. Based on material availability, We will either use material in-stock, ask for material to be supplied, or ask for payment to cover material minimum buy requirements. We will provide a Mold Evaluation. We will provide our competent opinion for any mold repair or modification that will decrease price. * We will submit a first article inspection at no charge.
