Main subject of the company activity is: constructing, buildings and facilities, repairing-building works, thermal and hydro insulation, road building. The managing structure of the company is flexibly adapted to the innovative changes in the field of construction. In 1992 the company obtained the exclusive distributing rights of “Liquid Plastics Limited “ – England for work with fire-protecting coatings and water-resist membranes, and in 1993 the company obtained the distributing rights of “ Heraklith” and “Villas-Vedag” – Austria, too for work with thermal and hydro insulating materials. With these rights the company enriched and enlarged its abilities in professional and executive aspect. During the lasts years "ALEXA" directed itself to executing and repairing thermal and hydro insulation introduced were the technologies of ” Heraklit ” - Austria, in Bulgarian variant "Zidarit" for building prefabricated houses.
