At sigma we endeavor to ensure that your "Bulgarian Experience" is not only successful, but completely enjoyable. Our building teams are local, qualified trades people who understand what is expected of them and carry out work to the specification of the client although they are always happy to offer good advice and ideas should you want it. Where required we engage the services of a local architect, (this is mainly for new builds and property extensions) who will prepare full plans in accordance with current legislation and provide an independent technical supervisor who will quality control the materials and provide independent inspection of electrical and plumbing installations.
