ITEM Consult Ltd ITEM Consult Ltd was established with decision of the City Court in Sofia, Business division, file No 1955/2001. It is one – person Company , the owner is company ITEM Engineering JSC-Sofia. ITEM Consult Ltd is with scope of activities: marketing research, examining and testing of heating technology equipment and pressure vessels, technical supervision of high –risk equipment, product certification, commission –agency and other activities. The testing laboratory is licensed to carry out the specified activities under BDS EN 17025. ITEM Consult Ltd is licensed in compliance evaluation of products in conformity to the “Ordinance for gas appliances” Directive 90/396/EEC, pressure vessels Directive 87/404/EEC and pressure equipment Directive 97/23/EC. The Division for technical supervision of high –risk equipment has a license issued by the “State agency for meteorology and technical control” in conformity to the Law on Technical requirements for products and is authorized for technical supervision on position in accordance to : heating boilers, working under excess pressure; water heating boilers, working by temperature on heating water up to 110 0 C; metal vessels, working under excess pressure higher than 0,05 MPa; fixed mounted vessels for fluids group 2 under pressure, up to 1,6MPa and walls temperature up to 2000 C,where V.P vessels ,working with poisons, aggressive and explosive mediums under excess pressure up to 1,6 MPa and temperature on the vessel’s walls up to 200 0 C, when V/dm 3/ .Pexc./MPa/ ? 50; vessels in distributing installations , for voltage in the electrical stations and substations; bottles with volume up to 0,1 m3 and barrels for transportation of condensed, compressed or dissolved gases under pressure; - transportable pressure equipment for transportation of substances class 2 in accordance with ADR or RID; ITEM Consult Ltd Сертификати vessels for accumulation and transportation of non-poisons non-aggressive and explosive-proof mediums under pressure periodically by their emptying; columns for separating of gases by temperature lower than 130 0 C,as well as apparatuses connected by them – heat exchangers on separating columns , condensers- steamers, absorbers,filters etc; vessels for freezing installations; containers for storage and transportation of condensed,compressed or dissolved gases under pressure ; tank-truck and railway-tank for transportation of substances in accordance with ADR or RID; fixed mounted bottles for storage of condensed, compressed or dissolved gases under pressure; pipelines with external diameter 76 mm and more and temperature of the transported medium above 110 0 C up to 250 0 C or pressure above 0,05MPa to 1,6MPa; pipelines with external diameter from76 to 108 mm and temperature of the transported medium from 250 0 C to 450 0 C or pressure above 1,6 MPa to 8,0MPa; equipment and pipelines intended for supplying with condensed hydrocarbon gas to installations, gas appliances in administrative public and living buildings and objects; gas installation and appliances and gas equipment for natural gas or condensed hydrocarbon gas in administrative, public and living buildings and objects; distributing gas tubes of distributing company for natural gas and gas equipments; installation and appliances assembled on vehicles, used condensed hydrocarbon or natural gas; - gas equipment and gas installation for laboratories; - tourists gas appliances; fixed acetylene generators with working pressure, lower than 0,05 MPa; supplying bottle’s installations for acetylene; metal pipelines for acetylene from stations, generators or supplying installations for bottles; The experts in the department has high long-term professional experience and proven abilities in this area and to carry out and to issue operating permissions for high- risk equipments , to firms and private persons , for pressure vessels, low- pressure boilers, hot water boilers, pipelines, gas-installations and other supervising equipments.
