The EMPLOYER of this project is the Japanese Company "MARUBENI CORPORATION and Anel Elektirk A S". The finalizing of Marmaray project shall provide a long-term solution to the current urban transportation problems of Istanbul as well as releasing the traffic of the Mega polis. On the Bulgarian market the company is known as a specialist in the construction of complete Electro-Mechanical Works of a large number of international projects, such as:       Projects HOLIDAY INN 5* HOTEL The hotel is situated in Business Park Sofia. The location of the hotel is consistent with the owner's strategy for developing of conference and congress tourism. In 2006 the hotel won Building of the Year Award in "Business Hotels" Category. EXPO 2000, Sofia EXPO 2000, situated on "Nikola Vapzarov" Bulevard in the Capital. This building appears as an answer of the low supply of 1 class office areas. Some of the most famous tenants in the building are 'ERICSSON', 'HP', 'LOREAL', 'MICROSOFT', "RAIFFEISEN BANK", etc. GRAND MALL VARNA GRAND MALL VARNA – the biggest multifunctional building in the country, situated in the Sea Capital –Varna. Grand Mall shall be created in accordance with the highest international standards. Total build-up area is more than 215,000 m2 with retail space exceeding 50 000 m2 and 3 towers – 2 office buildings and hotel. The Employer of that project is Israeli Company "AFCON INDUSTRIES GROUP". The new Shopping Centre is expected to meet its first visiters in march, 2010. MARITZA EAST 1 POWER PLANT It is the first new Electricity Generating Plant that shall start up after closing 2 of the nuclear reactors, helping the country to meet the deficit. This determines the significant position of the project. Its Investor is the Global Power Corporation AES and main Contractor is "ALSTOM POWER" Consortium. Aymek performes the Electro-Mechanical Works of all the 31 new-constructing buildings.
