The resort copmplex "Black Sea View" is located on the coast line in the central part of Balchik. In the immediate vicinity is the harbour station, trade and entertaining places and also the picturesque littoral alley, which leads to the Palace.
The "Chiirite" has 30 rooms, 8 of which studios.
